Privacy Policy

Information we collect

• Contact form details: your name, email address, and message, plus your company and budget range if you choose to give them.
• Technical data: your IP address, the time of your request, and whether a form submission was accepted or blocked by our spam protection.
• Approximate country: looked up from your IP address on each visit only to show prices in your local currency. It is not stored.
• Visit count: a single running total of page views. It contains no information about you.

We don't use advertising or analytics cookies. If you switch between light and dark mode, that preference is saved in your own browser's local storage and never sent to us.

How we use it

• To reply to your inquiry and discuss a possible project with you.
• To send you a one-time email confirming we received your message.
• To protect the website and its visitors from spam, abuse, and automated attacks.

We process this information on the basis of your consent when you submit the form, and our legitimate interest in keeping the website secure. We never sell your information or use it for marketing without asking you first.

Who we share it with

We share only what each service needs to do its job:

• Cloudflare Turnstile checks that contact form submissions come from a person, using signals from your browser. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
• Our email provider delivers your message to us and the confirmation to you.
• Our hosting provider stores the website, its database, and its logs.

We may also disclose information if Philippine law requires it.

How long we keep it

Contact form records and security logs, including IP addresses, are deleted automatically after 12 months. Emails about an inquiry are kept for as long as we're discussing or working on your project, and then only as long as tax and accounting rules require.

Your rights

You have the right to be informed, to access the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, to have it erased or blocked, to object to its processing, to data portability, and to claim damages. To use any of these rights, email hello@dizondeveloper.com and we'll respond as soon as we can, within the time the law requires.

If you believe we've mishandled your information, you can also file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission.

Security

Information you send through this website travels over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and access to stored information is limited to the people who need it to answer you. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable organizational, physical, and technical measures to protect your information.
